Job Description
  • Be an ambassador for the exceptional service and cuisine that are hallmarks of our food & beverage experience
  • Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
  • Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methods
  • Deliver food and beverage in a timely and accurate manner
  • Pick-up orders efficiently from the Kitchen
  • Check outgoing orders for quality and accuracy of set up
Qualifications
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
  • Bartending experience preferred
  • Previous food & beverage service experience preferred
  • Point of Sale System experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, overtime shifts, split shifts and holidays
  • BC Serving It Right Certificate required prior to commencing employment
