Job description

First Keystone Community Bank, an independently owned community bank with over 160 years of experience in banking and serving our local communities, is recruiting a full-time Electronic/Deposit Processing Clerk for our office located at 111 W. Front St. Berwick.
This position is responsible for performing a variety of duties to support the Electronic Banking and Deposit Operations functions of the bank. To provide efficient and accurate electronic transactions to service the Bank's customers and support Bank personnel, the position coordinates work within the department, as well as with other departments. Complies with established operating policies and procedures; reports pertinent information to the immediate supervisor and respond to inquiries or requests for information.
  • Processes ACH (automated clearing house) and other transactions electronically received and balance reports.
  • Reviews NSF and overdraft items and mails notices.
  • Handles phone inquiries to assist with ACH related questions and corresponds daily with branch managers.
  • Assists with handling of ATM/Debit/HSA cards, transactions and disputes.

Applicants must have good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient math skills along with PC skills required.
