About the Role

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Policy Manager to join our healthcare compliance team. This role is pivotal in shaping and maintaining enterprise-level compliance policies, job aids, and the organization's Code of Conduct. You’ll work cross-functionally, ensuring clear and compliant policy implementation across the organization.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead drafting, revision, and management of compliance documents including policies, handbooks, and the Code of Conduct

  • Own and manage the policy lifecycle: annual reviews, updates, and operational launches

  • Administer and maintain the policy management system (PolicyHub)

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and education teams to ensure policies align with training materials

  • Provide compliance support and guidance across internal departments

  • Analyze compliance trends and recommend policy improvements

  • Participate in monitoring and QA activities, responding to compliance inquiries

  • Support committees and internal initiatives that require compliance input


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; JD or Master’s degree preferred

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare compliance or related policy work

  • Strong expertise in writing and managing policy documents

  • Excellent verbal/written communication and project management skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Adobe, PowerPoint, Excel, and Smartsheet

  • Experience with PolicyHub (Mitratech) is a strong advantage

  • Highly organized, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
