Summary: Responsible for the administration and management of multiple programs throughout the work location. Acts as the liaison between corporates support, management and restaurant location to ensure smooth operation and business administration.

  • Collaborate with upper management on merchandising the store and staff development.
  • Orientate and on board team in accordance with company standards.
  • Schedule the team in accordance with established sales and labor budgets and forecasts.
  • Manage performance review process. Coach and council as required.
  • Manage all progressive discipline and termination in accordance with company policies.
  • Recognize positive performance and motivate team.
  • Request transfer of goods from the warehouse as needed to ensure efficient replenishment.
  • Monitor and ensure that the Top 10 items always meet minimum stock levels.
  • Lead all retail store operations.
  • Manage the store in accordance with all company standards and policies.
  • Manage all deliveries from warehouse (verify to packing slip).
  • Organize all goods received by logging in shipment log binder.
  • Reconcile all packing lists in accordance with receiving SOP
  • Review store sales performance year over year and determine action plan for all opportunities.
  • Deliver all required daily and period based reports correctly and on time.

Qualifications and Knowledge

  • Must have 3-5 years of retail experience, preferably with specialty boutiques
  • Experience working with an IT/POS system and Excel
  • Highly Organized-with ability to multi task and prioritize
  • Experience of working to critical deadlines
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Displays a pleasant and cheerful disposition.
  • Maintains a high level of integrity.
  • Is able to adapt in difficult situations.
  • Shows an eagerness and capacity to learn.
  • Can be relied upon to complete tasks.
