You will have access to the latest technology platforms to facilitate your therapeutic practice, including secure telehealth systems for virtual consultations, electronic health records for efficient client management, and ongoing support from administrative staff to help you focus on what truly matters—your clients' wellbeing.

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients, utilizing video conferencing tools to ensure a personal connection.
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities, to address clients' emotional and behavioral challenges.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of client needs, adjusting approaches as required to optimize treatment outcomes.
• Guide clients in developing effective coping strategies and life skills, working collaboratively to improve their mental health and overall quality of life.
• Maintain detailed and organized documentation of client progress using user-friendly electronic mental health record systems, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards.

Our clients primarily consist of first responders, who may experience unique challenges related to their demanding professions, including trauma, high levels of stress, and burnout. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will be instrumental in offering tailored support for these individuals, helping them navigate their emotional struggles and build resilience in both their professional and personal lives.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in California.
• A minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience, showcasing a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with a demonstrated capacity to work independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with digital documentation platforms, ensuring streamlined and efficient paperwork.

• Experience working with first responders or individuals in high-stress occupations is highly desirable.
• A background in trauma-informed care or crisis intervention will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms for client engagement.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
