The Ecommerce Catalog Specialist is responsible for launching, maintaining, and optimizing product listings across retailer e-commerce platforms. This role ensures accurate product content, pricing, inventory, and digital assets while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a best-in-class online customer experience. 

Requirements

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Launches 

  • Create and launch new products and product lines on retailer websites.
  • Manage large volumes of product data during new retailer or product launches.
  • Ensure product images, content, and digital assets meet retailer and company standards.

Catalog Maintenance

  • Upload, maintain, and correct product information across e-commerce platforms.
  • Monitor and update inventory, pricing, replenishment, and product content.
  • Maintain accurate product images, descriptions, videos, and related assets.
  • Troubleshoot listing issues and implement corrective actions.

Analysis & Optimization

  • Research product, market, and pricing issues to identify root causes and solutions.
  • Analyze data to ensure accuracy and improve product performance.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and process improvements.
  • Support a seamless customer experience by proactively resolving catalog and content issues.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Operations, Forecasting, Finance, Technology, Warehouse, and Retail teams.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure timely execution of product launches and maintenance tasks.
  • Become a subject matter expert on e-commerce platforms, tools, and processes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by simplifying and optimizing workflows.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required.
