QVC is hiring Fulfillment Center Team Members to help deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will be part of a fast-paced team that offers ongoing training, true advancement potential, and an environment focused on teamwork and performance. Experience is welcome but not necessary!

  • Starting Pay: $19.50/hr

  • Pay increment every six months

  • $2 Shift differential for hours worked between 5pm - 4:59am

Where You'll Work

This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Ontario Fulfillment Center daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

Reporting to an Area Manager, you will help ensure customer orders move through the fulfillment center safely, accurately, and on time. You'll play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by helping keep our fulfillment center running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include:

  • Receive, unload, pick, pack, and ship customer orders

  • Process customer returns, including sorting, scanning, and returning items to the correct areas

  • Use handheld scanners and computers to complete daily warehouse tasks

  • Support other warehouse tasks as needed to meet business needs.

What You'll Bring

  • Must be at least 18 years old.

  • 0-6 months of warehouse experience

  • Willing to work a full shift and to work overtime

  • Maintain attendance according to company policy.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours.

  • Push, pull, squat, bend, twist, grasp, and reach up to 10-12 hours/day.

  • Be comfortable working on a secure mezzanine at a height of up to 40 feet

Hourly: $19.50 - $19.50
