Fulfillment Lead
We're looking for a Fulfillment Lead to join our team in Morrisville, NC. If you're passionate about operations, team development, and driving fulfillment excellence, this is your opportunity to help deliver products enjoyed by fans around the world.
Location: Morrisville, NC
Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite

What You'll Do
  • Lead daily fulfillment operations while providing guidance, mentoring, and support to team members.
  • Train and onboard employees while serving as a key resource for operational questions and development.
  • Monitor workflow, staffing, and productivity to ensure products and materials are received and shipped accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate daily operational updates and escalate issues to management when needed.
  • Partner with leadership to identify challenges and implement process improvements.
  • Assist with scheduling, attendance tracking, reporting, and maintenance of operational records.
  • Help resolve team concerns and support a positive, productive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures, housekeeping standards, QMS requirements, and company policies.
  • Support quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery goals through strong leadership and attention to detail.
  • Lead by example and help drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in fulfillment, warehousing, manufacturing, distribution, or related operations.
  • Prior experience serving as a team lead or working lead preferred.
  • Experience working in an ISO 9001 environment is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, email, and Management Information Systems (MIS).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
