Job description

Immediate Opening: Floor Assistant / Receptionist in Orange County, must be able to travel to both Monroe and/ or Middletown offices.

Immediate Opening: Floor Assistant / Receptionist in Sullivan County, must be able to travel to all Sullivan County locations.

We are a very busy & growing podiatry practice in Sullivan and Orange County NY.

Looking for reliable, dependable and trustworthy individuals preferably with past medical office experience- but not required.

Willing to train the right person!

This position may require travel to other office locations, and or facilities.

Responsibilities include assisting the doctor with patient care, cleaning and setting up patient rooms, scheduling appointments, obtaining prior insurance authorizations and answering busy phones.

Must be able to mulit-task.

Must have reliable transportation, as well as late night and weekend availability.
