  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives that improve delivery effectiveness, governance, operational efficiency, customer outcomes, and employee experience.
  • Leverage data, automation, AI-enabled tools, and emerging technologies to enhance planning, reporting, risk identification, issue management, and productivity.
  • Capture and share lessons learned and best practices to strengthen organizational capabilities and promote continuous learning.
  • Contribute to the evolution of project management practices, methodologies, governance processes, standards, templates, and ways of working.

Required Knowledge And Experiences

  • 8+ years of experience leading complex business, technology, transformation, or operational initiatives in cross-functional environments.
  • Proven ability to deliver results in situations where requirements, priorities, ownership, or solutions may not be fully defined.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges, identify root causes, and develop practical paths forward.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, establish direction, and create clarity in dynamic and evolving environments.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience managing project governance, executive communications, risk management, issue resolution, and organizational change.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect project activities to strategic objectives and measurable business outcomes.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with a passion for improving processes, reducing delivery friction, and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
