Role Summary
The Agile Enablement Analyst supports delivery excellence across the IT PMO by coaching Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and Hybrid Project Managers on consistent and practical Agile and Hybrid delivery methods. This role engages broadly across the matrixed organization to reinforce aligned, scalable, and user centered delivery practices.
The Agile Enablement Analyst focuses on maintaining PMO facing Agile and Hybrid delivery practices, developing project templates and playbooks, clarifying Agile expectations within the project lifecycle, and strengthening project manager capabilities through coaching, guidance, and shared office hours.
This role partners closely with the Manager of PMO Framework and Lifecycle and the PMO Digital Tools Analyst to ensure delivery practices align with the PMO Framework, Lifecycle Management guidance, and PMO tools including ServiceNow SPM, MS Project, Jira, and Copilot.
This position directly supports PMO delivery professionals and plays a key role in maturing scalable and modern delivery approaches that align with the IT Operating Model.


Key Responsibilities
Agile and Hybrid Delivery Enablement
Provide lightweight coaching to project managers, Scrum Masters, and Hybrid project managers on project level Agile and Hybrid delivery practices
Lead shared office hours with the PMO Digital Tools Analyst to support Agile, Hybrid, and general project practice needs
Help project managers interpret Agile expectations in alignment with Lifecycle Management and the PMO Framework
Promote clarity, consistency, and confidence when project managers adopt Agile and Hybrid delivery methods
Project Level Practices, Templates, and Guidance
Develop and maintain project level Agile and Hybrid templates, playbooks, checklists, working agreements, and job aids
Partner with the Manager of PMO Framework and Lifecycle to ensure all Agile and Hybrid practice content is aligned with Lifecycle Management and easy for project managers to apply
Maintain practical, accessible, and user friendly PM facing delivery guidance
Create micro learning content in partnership with PMO Training to support onboarding and skill development
Alignment With PMO Digital Tools
Ensure Agile and Hybrid delivery practices align with the capabilities of PMO tools including ServiceNow SPM, MS Project, Jira, and Copilot
Support project managers in understanding how Agile and Hybrid practices operate within PMO tools while focusing on practice clarity rather than technical configuration
Partner with the PMO Digital Tools Analyst to translate Agile practice requirements into dashboard needs, reporting expectations, and workflow improvements
Agile Metrics, Maturity, and Continuous Improvement
Define what high quality Agile and Hybrid metrics look like for PMO use including predictability, throughput, flow, cycle time, and work in progress
Ensure Agile and Hybrid metrics align with Lifecycle Management and PMO reporting requirements
Collaborate with the PMO Digital Tools Analyst who will build dashboards and maintain data structures
Coach project managers on interpreting Agile and Hybrid metrics to support delivery effectiveness
Support Agile and Hybrid pilot efforts and maturity uplift activities across the PMO
Gather and synthesize feedback from project managers to identify opportunities to improve practices, templates, and tool alignment
Community Support and Enablement Programs
Support communities of practice for Agile and Hybrid delivery
Assist in building onboarding materials, best practice guides, and enablement content
Promote modern and user centered delivery practices that align with the IT Operating Model
Help cultivate an enablement focused culture that values clarity and continuous improvement


Cross Functional Partnerships
Manager of PMO Framework and Lifecycle
Ensure alignment between Agile and Hybrid guidance and Lifecycle Management checkpoints and processes
Integrate Agile and Hybrid expectations into the PMO Framework
PMO Digital Tools Analyst
Co host PMO office hours that focus on both tools and practices
Translate Agile and Hybrid metric requirements into reporting needs
Ensure practice expectations reflect achievable tool behaviors
PMO Training and Readiness
Co develop micro learning, onboarding modules, guides, and project manager facing enablement content
Ensure Agile practice materials are accurate, accessible, and engaging

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Minimum 6 years of experience in project delivery, PMO support, Agile environments, or delivery methodology roles
Strong understanding of Agile, Hybrid, and Predictive delivery approaches
Experience supporting project teams or PMO communities through enablement, coaching, or practice stewardship
Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow SPM including Agile modules, MS Project, and Copilot
Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify Agile concepts for a wide range of project managers
Ability to collaborate across a matrixed environment and influence without direct authority


Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster CSM, Professional Scrum Master PSM, SAFe Agilist or SAFe Practitioner, or Certified Team Coach CTC from Scrum Alliance
Experience supporting capability uplift or Agile transformation activities inside a PMO
Background developing templates, playbooks, or project delivery guidance
Experience contributing to micro learning, coaching, or enablement programs
Familiarity with regulated, engineering oriented, or large enterprise environments
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $96623 - $164259
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
