Job description

ALG Infrastructure Advisors (an Indra company) is seeking PMO Analysts to join our on-site team at Miami International Airport (MIA). You will support the Program Management Office (PMO) for the Concessions Modernization Program—a $250M+ project redeveloping 200+ airport concession spaces.

Working alongside the Miami-Dade Aviation Department (MDAD) Program Controls division, this role offers hands-on experience in large-scale project management, data analytics, and stakeholder reporting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Data & Systems: Maintain and update program dashboards and systems (Power BI, SharePoint, Excel, Autodesk Forma).
  • Tracking & Analytics: Monitor schedules, costs, and project variances to flag risks across 200+ active projects.
  • Reporting: Prepare progress updates and presentations for airport leadership, County Commissioners, and key stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Join meetings with MDAD leadership, tenants, architects, and project teams.
  • Documentation: Keep program files, standard operating procedures, and training materials organized.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, Data Analytics, or related field (recent graduates welcome).
  • Technical Skills: Data Visualization and data modeling experience, Strong proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power BI, SharePoint, or design/spatial software is a plus.
  • Skills: Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Location: 100% on-site at Miami International Airport (MIA)
