Job description

Job: 3026420 Job Description: The AI Delivery Lead is responsible for partnering with clients to identify high-value AI & GenAI use cases aligned to their business objectives; leading AI readiness; defining client roadmaps; and delivering our AI products end-end from strategy to scaled deployment and operationalization. The person will be the main client contact and is responsible for implementing, deploying, and configuring AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, ML models) and proprietary AI products for specific client requirements. The role blends AI/GenAI solution architecture, client project management, and agile product delivery.

This role coordinates with product managers to ensure accurate visibility of latest product features, alignment with roadmap, client project specific documentation, client progress reports, and communications. This position provides operational support to the product team as necessary to launch the new features and relay them to our clients. The lead ensures all projects are staffed with the right resources, AI initiatives delivery measurable results, industry and enterprise standards for security are met, and delivery is made within budget and on time.

Job Duties: Serve as the trusted advisor to client executives and leaders on AI delivery and user adoption. Engages between the client and AI product managers to communicate client specific needs, relay project milestones, and align roadmaps Managers all client communication and documentation, including but not limited to project plans, timelines, schedules, and development documentation Leads cross-functional team and performs Scrum Master activities for Agile development on each client engagement Coordinates, tracks, and communicates project risks, issues, actions, and decisions Collaborates with project leadership to identify and address potential issues and bottlenecks Facilitates allocation of resources, equipment, and materials in collaboration with project managers Maintains accurate and up-to-date project documentation in systems of record Generates regular reports on project progress, milestones, and potential risks Enables clear and effective communication within the project team and across the organization Manages vendors and collaborates with team members across projects to meet deadlines and supports transition to managed services or client-owned operations through training, documentation and knowledge-transfer Provides additional administrative support as required Education: High School Diploma, or equivalent, required. Bachelor's degree, required focus in Information Technology, preferred Experience: Minimum seven (7) to ten (10) years of overall experience, required Minimum five (5) years of experience as a client-facing Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Process Improvement specialist in AI, Advanced Analytics, or Data Science engagements.
