REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Hands-on experience related to the Mold Industry
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and with others
  • Reliability, including attendance and punctuality

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Continue training in the craft of mold-making and machining
  • Support Machine Specialists, Mold Makers and related departments as needed
  • This is a First-Shift Position
  • Flexibility with hours as overtime is likely to occur on a regular basis

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Good mobility, energy level and ability to routinely lift 50 pounds
  • Requires good visual and audio acuity, as well as the ability to retain details
  • THIS IS A NON-RELOCATION POSITION
