NOW HIRING RIM OPERATOR Willoughby, OH Schedule: 5:00 PM 5:00 AM for a few weeks
pay rate $18 an hour
Sunday night 10 PM 5 AM, then 5 PM to 5 AM Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday Position: RIM Operator / Plastic Injection Molding What Youll Be Doing: Operate Reaction Injection Molding (RIM) machinery Monitor equipment and the molding process Unload freshly molded plastic parts Perform hand trimming and remove flash/gates Use hand and power tools Assist with mold changes and machine changeovers Perform basic quality checks on finished products Complete production paperwork and track quantities/scrap Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements What Were Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent Familiarity with injection molding machinery Ability to read job travelers, prints, and diagrams Ability to use basic measuring tools Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Comfortable working 12-hour shifts
