Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable Roto Powder Handler to join our Rotational Molding team. The Roto Powder Handler is responsible for supplying production materials, assisting machine operators, maintaining a clean work area, and helping ensure efficient manufacturing operations. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in manufacturing, as no previous experience is required.

Responsibilities
  • Scoop powder from material containers and accurately weigh specified amounts using a scale.
  • Deliver materials to the molding platform for production.
  • Verify powder color and material before supplying production equipment.
  • Notify the powder room when material supplies are running low.
  • Assist rotational molding operators and helpers with mold cleaning.
  • Help move finished parts from molds to the assembly area.
  • Keep powder containers covered according to production requirements.
  • Prepare wool balls and remove chains from the spider as needed.
  • Relieve machine operators and helpers during scheduled breaks.
  • Replace worn containers when necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the machine area, weigh station, and unloading station.
  • Follow all company safety policies and quality standards.
Qualifications
  • No previous manufacturing experience required.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Basic reading and communication skills.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using weight measurements.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Dependable with a positive work ethic.
Physical Requirements
  • Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
