This role involves operating specialized machinery to mold rubber products to precise shapes and quality standards. ???? Starting Pay: $17.65-18.65 /hour ????Schedule: 10 and 12 hour shifts available!

???? Key Responsibilities:

  • Load raw rubber materials into molding presses

  • Operate machinery according to production schedules and work orders

  • Monitor temperature, pressure, and cycle times to ensure product quality

  • Visually inspect finished products for defects and report any issues

  • Safely load and unload materials and finished goods using manual tools

  • Perform other related duties as assigned
