Done! Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, & Electricalhas built a reputation for delivering 5-star service, and we are looking for a Plumbing Service Manager who can help us raise the bar even higher. This is a brand-new leadership role created because of company growth, giving the right person the opportunity to make a major impact on the future of our plumbing department.

As our Plumbing Service Manager, you will lead a team of approximately 9-12 plumbers. You will be responsible for creating, improving, and maintaining high standards of customer service, sales performance, technician development, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to motivate a team, hold people accountable, and drive results.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing plumbing team through 1:1s, ride-alongs, scorecards, and training
  • Run morning huddles and stay involved with the dispatch board throughout the day to maximize revenue, productivity, warranty completion, and customer satisfaction
  • Hold technicians accountable to KPIs, sales performance, quality standards, and customer experience expectations
  • Hire top talent and build a strong bench for future growth
  • Partner with dispatch leaders to improve scheduling and ensure the right technician is assigned to the right job
  • Oversee plumbing supervisors and trainers to ensure focus on onboarding, quality control, ride-alongs, and technician development
  • Lead weekly department meetings focused on technical skills, safety, customer service, and sales
  • Review pricing, product mix, and P&L performance to identify profit opportunities
  • Work closely with leadership on price book updates, incentive programs, and department goals
  • Oversee customer issue resolution, including site visits, escalations, warranty concerns, and follow-up
  • Ensure ServiceTitan processes are followed consistently throughout the department
  • Represent the plumbing department with other leaders across the business
  • Participate in company events and help create a winning culture

What You Need:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 5+ years of experience in the home services industry is required
  • Prior residential plumbing experience is required
  • Prior experience as a Plumbing Service Technician is required
  • 2+ years of leadership or management experience is required
  • Experience leading residential plumbing teams is strongly preferred
  • Colorado plumbing license preferred
  • Nexstar Service System experience preferred
  • Strong ServiceTitan experience, including admin portal knowledge, is strongly preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
  • Ability to type at least 40 WPM
  • Strong communication, leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stay organized, adapt quickly, and perform well under pressure
  • Passion for developing people and building a strong team culture
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for leadership support
