Job Type: Part-Time, Fridays and Saturdays

Reports To: Operations Manager/Owner

Job Summary

The Carpet Cleaning Technician is responsible for delivering high-quality carpet cleaning services with a focus on customer satisfaction. This role involves performing cleaning jobs, managing customer communications, handling invoicing and scheduling through the mobile app Housecall Pro, maintaining equipment, and continuously expanding professional knowledge through ongoing training. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong customer service skills, responsible, and motivated to ensure that every job meets the high standards expected by our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Job Performance:

    • Execute carpet cleaning services at various residential and commercial locations with efficiency and a high standard of quality.

    • Ensure that all cleaning jobs are completed according to established protocols and customer requirements.

  • Customer Communication:

    • Engage with customers professionally and courteously both on-site and over the phone.

    • Address customer questions and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.

  • Housecall Pro Management:

    • Utilize Housecall Pro for scheduling appointments, invoicing, and maintaining open lines of communication with customers.

    • Update job status and customer records in real-time to keep the office informed of daily activities.

  • Equipment Responsibilities:
