Job description

Aladdin’s Carpet Cleaners LLC is expanding residential service coverage throughout the Walpole and South Shore area and is hiring a Carpet Cleaning Field Technician to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on field service position working at customer homes and businesses throughout the region. No prior carpet cleaning experience is required — we provide paid training, equipment, and uniforms.

We are looking for dependable individuals who enjoy working independently, helping customers, and being active throughout the day.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide carpet, upholstery, rug, and floor cleaning services at residential and commercial locations
  • Travel to scheduled customer appointments throughout the South Shore area
  • Deliver professional customer service and ensure high-quality results on every visit
  • Operate and maintain company cleaning equipment safely and responsibly
  • Assist with daily setup, organization, and upkeep of service vehicles and tools
  • Support team operations and scheduling needs as business demands require

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
  • Ability to perform physical work including lifting, bending, and extended movement throughout the day
  • Strong reliability, communication, and time management skills
  • Comfortable working in a mobile field service environment
  • No prior experience necessary — training is fully provided

Compensation & Benefits
