Carpet Cleaning Technician – V&V Carpet Care

Location: Central New York
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

The Carpet Cleaning Technician is responsible for performing residential and commercial carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, stain removal, and related services. This role requires someone who is dependable, detail‐oriented, and comfortable interacting with customers in a professional manner. You’ll be the face of V&V, so a positive attitude and strong work ethic matter just as much as technical skill.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide carpet, upholstery, and floor cleaning services using company equipment and procedures
  • Inspect job sites, identify cleaning needs, and communicate clearly with customers
  • Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and equipment
  • Deliver excellent customer service and uphold V&V’s professional standards
  • Follow safety protocols and handle cleaning solutions responsibly
  • Assist with scheduling, job documentation, and payment processing when needed
  • Represent V&V Carpet Care with professionalism, respect, and integrity at all times

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Experience in carpet cleaning or related fields is a plus, but we will train the right person
