Agile PLM specialist providing support to the ongoing Agile PLM Ops and will be part of the PLM tool migration per client direction Q1, 2024.

Job Description:

Day to Day Job Duties:

  • Agile PLM specialist providing support to the ongoing Agile PLM Ops and will be part of the PLM tool migration per client direction Q1, 2024
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their product development needs and goals and implementing Agile PLM software to meet those requirements.
  • Gathering and documenting client requirements to configure Agile PLM systems accordingly.
  • Customizing Agile PLM software to align with the specific processes and workflows of the client's organization.
  • Providing training to users and offering ongoing support to ensure they can effectively use the PLM system.
  • Integrating Agile PLM with other enterprise systems like ERP, CAD, and CRM to facilitate data flow and collaboration across departments.
  • Assisting in change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of Agile PLM within the organization.
  • Analyzing existing processes and suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation related to PLM processes and system configurations.
  • Diagnosing and resolving issues or errors within the Agile PLM system.
  • Conducting quality assurance and testing to ensure the PLM system functions correctly and meets client requirements.
  • Managing PLM implementation projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Maintaining communication with various stakeholders, including clients, management, and IT teams.
  • Keeping up to date with Agile PLM software updates and industry best practices.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ Years of Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) domain knowledge on Manufacturing industry-based client. (Must)

• 5+ years of experience in Agile PLM tool. (Must)

• 1+ years of experience/trained on Enovia MatrixOne PLM tool. (Must)

• 1+ years of experience/trained on Windchill PLM tool. (Good to have)

• 1+ years of experience/trained on Propel PLM tool. (Good to have)

• 1+ years of experience/trained on Aras innovator PLM tool. (Good to have)

• Experienced on migrating from one PLM tool to another will be an added advantage.
