We are seeking an experienced Oracle PLM Leader to lead enterprise Product Lifecycle Management initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle PLM solutions while providing technical leadership to global teams. This role requires a strong combination of solution architecture, technical expertise, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership.
Responsibilities:
Lead Oracle PLM implementation and enhancement projects from requirements through production deployment.
Serve as the technical lead for Oracle Agile PLM / Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM.
Design scalable PLM solutions supporting product development, engineering change management, BOM management, quality, and supplier collaboration.
Configure Oracle PLM modules and guide development teams on best practices.
Design and oversee integrations between Oracle PLM and:
Oracle ERP
SAP
Manufacturing systems
CAD systems
MES
CRM
Lead solution architecture discussions with business stakeholders.
Mentor developers and functional consultants.
Review technical designs and code.
Troubleshoot complex production issues.
Drive system performance improvements.
