We are seeking a PLM Support Lead to lead the support, administration, enhancement, and optimization of the ENOVIA/3DEXPERIENCE platform, ensuring a stable, scalable, and high-performing environment for global business and engineering teams.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders, translating business requirements into effective PLM solutions while ensuring seamless integration across enterprise systems and product development processes.

Your Role
  • Lead the support, administration, and continuous improvement of the ENOVIA/3DEXPERIENCE platform, ensuring system reliability, data integrity, and optimal user experience.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and end users to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements that align with organizational objectives.
  • Design, configure, and implement scalable 3DEXPERIENCE solutions by leveraging out-of-the-box capabilities and developing customized solutions when business requirements demand.
  • Drive system integrations between 3DEXPERIENCE and enterprise applications such as SAP, BIOVIA, Salesforce, ERP platforms, and other business-critical systems through APIs, SOAP services, and interface development.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including test planning, validation, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing, to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
  • Provide expert-level user support, troubleshooting, training, and change management guidance to maximize platform adoption and operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage system enhancements, releases, version control, DevOps processes, and continuous innovation initiatives that improve productivity and business performance.
Your Skills and Experience
  • 7+ years of experience supporting, administering, and implementing ENOVIA/3DEXPERIENCE PLM solutions, with a strong understanding of product lifecycle management principles and best practices.
  • Strong expertise in platform configuration, customization, widget development, business administration, document management, change management, and configuration management within PLM environments.
  • Hands-on experience integrating PLM platforms with enterprise applications such as SAP, ERP systems, Salesforce, BIOVIA, and other business systems using APIs, SOAP services, XML, and related integration technologies.
  • Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, SQL, Tcl, and other technologies used to develop custom solutions and automate business processes.
  • Experience with source code management, Git, version control, Azure DevOps, and DevOps practices supporting application development, deployment, and operational excellence.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to resolve complex technical and functional issues while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and training skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical teams, business users, product management, design engineering, and leadership stakeholders.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 - $193,440/year
