Experience
12+ years
Candidate Requirement
  • 1) 12+ years of experience as PLM Implementation Consultant implementing PLM for large enterprises
  • 2) Strong functional expertise in core PLM capabilities such as Parts & Components Management, CAD Data Management & Integration, BOM Management (EBOM, MBOM and Service BOM), Change Management, Supplier Collaboration, Enterprise Data Integration, etc.
  • 3) Experience of end-to-end PLM implementation for Hi-Tech/Discrete industries
  • 4) Strong expertise in Siemens Teamcenter PLM suite
  • 5) Proven ability to organize large cross-functional teams, workshops for business process definitions, requirements elicitation and solution design, implementation and support with proven agenda/minutes/actions/communications management skills
  • 6) Proven ability to develop and document SIPOC, process maps, business scenarios, use cases, requirements specification, test plans, test scripts and traceability matrix for PLM implementation

7) Excellent written and oral communication skills
