We are seeking a PLM Manager to lead end-to-end Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) implementations and system modernization initiatives. This role focuses on managing project execution, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of PLM solutions within scope, timeline, and budget. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and business analysis experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full lifecycle PLM implementation projects, ensuring milestones are met
  • Collaborate with system integrators and internal teams to align project goals
  • Develop and maintain project plans and schedules using tools such as Smartsheet
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and drive alignment across departments
  • Identify risks, escalate issues, and ensure timely resolution
  • Oversee testing activities to validate system functionality and performance
  • Partner with change management teams to drive adoption and minimize disruption
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to leadership
