Job description

YOUR MISSION

True Anomaly is looking for you, a creative PLM/CM Administrator that desires to be a hands-on administrator supporting the stability, configuration, and advanced support of the Siemens Teamcenter PLM platform. This role provides support to the Senior PLM/CM Administrator and assists with driving system improvements, supporting complex business processes and actively engages/supports day to day configuration management activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide first-level support for Teamcenter users (account issues, access requests, basic troubleshooting)
  • Knowledge of starting workflows in PLM/CM software (Teamcenter, windchill, Enovia or similar).
  • Assist with user onboarding, role assignments, and training coordination
  • Support BOM maintenance, item creation, and revision management
  • Ability to monitor and maintain change workflows and lifecycle states
  • Perform data cleanup and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Experience with or knowledge of creating standard parts libraries, documents, and drawing templates
  • Experience with Microsoft office suite and understanding of document formatting features (table of contents, figures, hyperlinks ect.)
  • Assist senior admins with testing, upgrades, and enhancements
  • Document procedures and support knowledge base updates
  • Desire for hands-on approach to troubleshooting and problem solving

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 2-5 years of experience in PLM administration, configuration management, CAD design, or related field
  • Basic understanding of engineering data, BOMs, and change management
  • Willingness to learn Teamcenter configuration and best practices

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, IT, or related field and 0 -2 years of experience with PLM systems (Teamcenter preferred - partial college course work considered)
  • Exposure to Teamcenter Active Workspace
  • Experience supporting engineering users or CAD tools
  • Strong attention to detail and customer-service mindset
  • Experience with additive manufacturing workflows
  • CAD design/modeling experience using SolidWorks, Creo, Catia or similar; NX preferred
  • Demonstrated experience working in high-pace development program with multiple projects/programs running concurrently.
  • Ability to maintain or obtain TS//SCI clearance.

COMPENSATION

  • Base Salary:ย  ย $80,000 - $130,000ย 
  • Equity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental Leaveย

  • Work Location-Successful candidates will be located near Denver or Colorado Springs. While we observe a hybrid work environment, some work must be done on site.
