The annual compensation range for this position is stated below. The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range: $112,600.00 - $169,000.00 Purpose Statement: Lead and manage the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) information technology team, delivering end-to-end PLM system services which are aligned with and effectively support engineering, manufacturing, and IT strategies, goals and operations

Key Job Accountabilities: Drive PLM service excellence by managing software configurations, maintaining strict data integrity, following change management processes, and providing high-quality user support for the global PLM platform. Manage the integration of PLM solutions with ERP, MES, CIM/CAM and other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and process continuity across the enterprise. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and quality to optimize PLM workflows and data management practices.

Identify opportunities to improve overall information technology and business processes to improve organizational efficiency. Oversee vendor relationships with PLM software providers to ensure service levels are met and future roadmap alignment. Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values.

The leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential. Uphold the organization's cybersecurity posture by adhering to security policies and procedures, actively participating in training, protecting data and systems, actively identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities, and promptly reporting any suspicious activity or potential security incidents. Education/Experience Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree with 5 or more years of related experience is preferred, specifically including hands-on experience with major PLM platforms (e.g., Agile, Teamcenter, Windchill, Enovia) and deep knowledge of product data management (PDM) practices

Other Qualifications: Deep understanding of product development lifecycles (PDL) and engineering change management processes. Advanced decision making and problem solving skills. Advanced verbal and written communication skills.

Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills; ability to motivate people and manage resources effectively and work with business partners to achieve goals. Business acumen, knowledge and professionalism; understand how a business operates with the ability to develop and articulate the value proposition of a new process. Functional expertise in project management skills Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

In-depth knowledge of the product development lifecycle and proficiency with engineering collaboration tools. Physical Requirements: Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment.
