Brunswick Corporation is looking for a proactive Senior PLM Solution Architect to spearhead large-scale PLM implementation program across its Enterprise IT Organization. This role drives strategic PLM projects spanning multiple divisions, with a strong focus on user adoption, organizational change management, and delivering exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring seamless execution and alignment across all phases of implementation.
Job Summary & Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end PLM project delivery with full solution ownership in fast-paced, collaborative environments
  • Drive digital transformation strategies that align technologies and capabilities to Brunswick's evolving PLM and business needs
  • Own PLM roadmap initiatives to support future business growth and innovation
  • Provide industry thought leadership and technical guidance to the PLM development team
  • Lead business requirements gathering and solution design sessions in close partnership with the PLM Implementation Team
  • Provide architectural guidance across application design, UX improvements, database tuning, data migrations, and PLM upgrades to ensure performance and reliability
  • Design and develop Teamcenter customizations using ITK, BMIDE, and SOA frameworks
  • Build and maintain Teamcenter workflows, access controls, and business rules aligned to engineering and manufacturing processes
  • Develop and manage Teamcenter integrations with CAD tools (NX, CATIA, Creo) and enterprise systems including ERP and MES
  • Collaborate with Brunswick's PLM technical & business SME's to architect PLM/ALM system infrastructure
  • Provide hardware sizing guidelines and design PLM components including database, volume, web-tier, search indexing, and CAD integrations
  • Champion Organizational Change Management throughout project execution using early feedback capture and consistent stakeholder communication

Required Experience & Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree is required, Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
  • Minimum of 12+ years of experience in an engineering/manufacturing intensive industry, preferred.
  • Minimum of 12+ years of experience in implementing Teamcenter PLM solutions with excellent Teamcenter Product Knowledge in the areas of Engineering, Manufacturing and Service.
  • Experience of working with cloud based (MS Azure) Teamcenter environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills to operate in a multi-team environment involving business and IT stakeholders.
  • Deep Active Workspace (AWC) configuration, customization & architecture experience
  • Must have experience of multiple Teamcenter Implementations including Upgrades and Active Workspace Implementation.
  • Strong PLM process knowledge to converse with business users to map business requirements to technical requirements, drive key design decisions, design solution prototypes, and lead project delivery.
  • Excellent knowledge of CAD to PLM integration frameworks and exposure to all major Mechanical CAD (NX, Solidworks, Creo) and Electrical CAD (OrCAD, Altium) integrations.
  • Deep expertise & experience in Integrating Teamcenter with ERP systems, custom-built interfaces for reporting, downstream supply chain and service applications is required.
  • Capability of developing Migration strategies from legacy solutions into PLM Systems.
  • Experience with Polarion ALM system is a plus

The hiring range for this position is $103,200 - $150,000 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary based on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business context.
In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
