Job description

STV is seeking Environmental Mold Analyst to join our team in our Environmental Services group. The Mold Analyst's overall objective is to support the Project Manager and team in delivering high-quality data on-time and within budget while building and maintaining a positive client relationship. This role is contingent upon renewal and continuation of STV's contract with New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) Baez PACT Mold Analyst Environmental Consulting Services.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality control reviews of mold assessment data.
  • Management and analysis of data for trends and reporting requirements.
  • Interact and coordinate with property managers and residents.
  • Prepare reports.
  • Perform periodic site visits at multifamily properties throughout NYC.
  • Review mold Operations & Maintenance (O&M) plans.
  • In addition, the candidate should possess a strong technical inclination, be self-motivated to take ownership of challenging problems, and possess excellent written & verbal communications skills.

Requirements:

  • Two (2) years of relevant data management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial hygiene, environmental science or environmental studies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Demonstrates excellence and efficiency in project management, writing, communication, data analysis, professional judgement.
  • Strong quality assurance/quality control skills to perform technical, style, and consistency reviews.
  • Self-sufficient, self-motivated, and ability to work under pressure of deadlines is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytics and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to meet project deliverable schedule.
  • Obtain NYSDOL Mold Assessor within 90 days of hire.
  • Experience in Smartsheet management is preferred.
  • Experience in mold assessment or industrial hygiene preferred.

Compensation Range:

$74,278.00 - $84,407.00
