Job description

Location: Twin Cities Metro Area
Schedule: Monday-Friday - flexible 8 hour schedule
Compensation: $62,000-$85,000 annually + bonus potential
Summary:
  • Meet with homeowners to measure properties and recommend fencing solutions
  • Prepare and present estimates in a timely, professional manner
  • Educate customers on product options and guide them through decisions
  • Manage your own schedule of appointments and follow-ups
  • Generate new business through outreach, events (like home shows), and referrals
  • Handle walk-in and phone inquiries to support customers
  • Track opportunities and maintain strong follow-through to close sales
  • Partner with your manager on inventory needs and planning
  • Stay engaged in team initiatives year-round (including winter projects)

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working independently and managing a schedule
  • Background or interest in sales, business, or construction is a plus-but not required
  • Degree in Sales, Business, Construction, or related field is preferred (not mandatory)
