As a Player Services Representative, you will be the face of guest interaction on the casino floor. You'll handle cash transactions, troubleshoot minor machine issues, and promote current events and amenities. Your role includes maintaining a clean and organized gaming area, staying informed about promotions, and ensuring compliance with gaming regulations.   • High School Diploma or GED requiredย 

  • Minimum 6 months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experienceย 

  • Strong customer service and cash handling skillsย 

  • Proficient in basic computer operationsย 

  • Detail-oriented with ability to complete federal and state forms accuratelyย
