Job Description Job Title: Plant Engineer Location: Tavares, FL Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Position Overview: The Plant Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the engineering and maintenance operations of our manufacturing facility in Tavares, FL. This role requires a hands-on professional with a strong background in engineering principles, plant operations, and maintenance management. The successful candidate will ensure optimal performance and safety of plant equipment and processes while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and manage engineering and maintenance strategies to maximize operational efficiency and reliability of plant equipment. - Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts to address equipment and process issues. - Design and implement maintenance programs, including preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize plant operations and support production goals. - Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations and standards. - Manage capital projects from conception through completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction, implementing solutions in line with industry best practices. - Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of new equipment and systems. - Provide technical expertise and training to maintenance staff and production teams.
