Konikoff Dental Associates is looking for a Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator in Chesapeake, VA to assist our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment.

Position Overview:As a Treatment Plan Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in guiding patients through their treatment journey, educating them on their options, and ensuring a seamless scheduling and financial coordination process. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about patient care, detail-oriented, and skilled in administrative support.

  • Full-Time Schedule: Monday, 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM; Tuesday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM; one Saturday per month, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Responsibilities
  • Educate, consult, and present patient treatment plans in clear and supportive manner
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments
  • Verify and process insurance for clinical appointments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and information using dental software
  • Collect and process payments for services rendered
  • Manage doctors and hygiene schedules as needed
  • Support marketing and promotional efforts to drive patient engagement and growth
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Minimum of 2 years of front DENTAL office experience, required in a dental setting and dental software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience working with various dental insurance plans, couples with strong communication skills.
