Nativity Pilgrimage is a mission-driven travel company specializing in faith-based pilgrimages that inspire spiritual growth, community, and unforgettable experiences. We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our dedicated team in Houston, TX. If you're passionate about travel, enjoy helping others, and thrive in a collaborative, purpose-filled environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Job Summary:
As an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our pilgrims. Working closely with Sales, Reservations, Design, Trip Coordinators, and Spiritual Directors, you’ll provide customer support, process payments, and help manage traveler accounts. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being part of a mission-focused organization, loves to stay organized, and brings a warm, professional approach to customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a point of contact for travelers, responding to inquiries via phone and email
Process payments and ensure accurate traveler account records in the CRM
Make and document changes to traveler itineraries and personal information
Communicate regularly with Trip Coordinators and Spiritual Directors
Support groups with traveler logistics and updates
Deliver prompt, friendly, and organized customer service throughout the pilgrimage planning process
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.


Strong communication and active listening skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
Foundational understanding of payment processing and basic accounting
A positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping others—especially when discussing travel!
Preferred Qualities:
Experience in the travel or customer service industry

Ability to handle high volume calls and emails
A team player with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn
