QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School graduate with a minimum of three years of secretarial experience
  • Must have strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Must have superior technology skills including a strong command of the Google Suite of Apps, all Microsoft Office applications, and an ability to learn new online platforms necessary for the successful operation of the office
  • Must have the ability to initiate, manage, and complete multiple projects
  • Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate
