Job description

We are seeking an Exceptional well Experienced Customer Service Oriented RECEPTIONIST to join our team! Candidate will be responsible for representing Studio at the highest level of service, assist Clients with schedules and bookings, communicate studio related product and services details, optimizing Teacher schedules as well as other day to day needs in the proper running of the studio.
Applicant must be proficient with MBO.


Responsibilities:

  • Represent Studio's in a professional manner as the first point of contact
  • Handle and optimize Client's schedules for present and future dates
  • Optimize Teacher schedules
  • Follow up with Clients
  • Provide proper and correct information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues on day to day matters
  • Keep meticulous notes on interaction with clients or prospective clients
  • Develop a deep knowledge of studio's products and services

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with high level customer service (min 3years)
  • Must be Proficient with MBO (Mind Body Online)
  • Strong sales experience,( min 3years)
  • Experience with Pilates or Health Studio a plus
  • Multilingual also a plus
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
