As an Activity Coordinator, you won't just run events. You'll create meaningful experiences, build confidence, independence, and social connections.

This is hands-on, creative, community-based work.What You'll Do
  • Lead Engaging Experiences: Plan and lead activities and community outings that bring structure, fun, and purpose. Monitor what works, adjust activities to match interests and needs

  • Create Opportunities:Plan inclusive outings and group experiences that encourage peer interaction and true community participation

  • Turn Goals Into Real-Life Skills: Align activities with service goals. Promote physical activity, creativity, communication, and social development

  • Bring Ideas to Life: Develop monthly activity calendars, Coordinate logistics like transportation and supplies

  • Be Part of the Daily Experience: Provide 20 to 25 hours of direct support weekly while building strong, positive relationships
