Job Description:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES

(Note: Other duties may be assigned)

Responsible for the strategic and tactical elements which comprise the end to endproduct styling process for all E commerce and marketing vehicles including; merchant contact, merchandise presentation strategy, on-set styling, development, mentoringand daily oversight ofproduct stylists for a creative world-class product presentation.

  • Work primarily with the studio photographers, Sierra creative team and merchandisers to prep and style product for E-commerce and marketing usage
  • Style and prop photography for a range of categories under the direction of Photo Studio Manager and the Sierra creative team
  • Lead continual process improvements in styling/prep efficiencies
  • Assist in the maintenance of the day to day studio calendar and assist in managing the time of the studio
  • Maintain constant communication with Stylist Assistants, Photographers and Post Production.
  • Understand and execute brand standards as it relates to photography
  • Select appropriate props to enhance photography when necessary
  • Execute the seasonal campaign/marketing/strategic goals through photography

Job Requirements

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in commercial photography, fine art and/or related field preferred
  • 2-4 years styling experience in a commercial photo studio
  • Strong online portfolio that demonstrates expertise in applied styling techniques for both product photography

  • Flexible, adaptable with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast paced office environment
