Sample Coordinator Photo Studio
Location: Lyndhurst, NJ (Onsite)
Department: Creative Services & Operations - Photo Studio Operation
General Summary
The Sample Coordinator provides operational support to the Studio Team for all Brand photoshoots at SPARC Studios in Lyndhurst, NJ. The Coordinator is responsible for the intake and organization of all ecommerce and photoshoot samples and provides operational support for ecom and campaign photoshoots. This role works cross-functionally with multiple teams including Marketing, Merchandising, Creative & Sales Teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage internal tracking system for real time status of samples, from delivery to shoot through final archiving
  • Field and manage requests for samples from business partners & cross functional teams
  • Manage incoming and outgoing requests with sense of urgency and attention to shoot dates
  • Create shotlists for brand photoshoots
  • Prepare and manage DTC & Wholesale Samples
  • Partner with Studio Manager and Creative Team to facilitate sample needs for brand campaigns & other necessary brand projects
  • Organize and restore samples so it's in ready condition at all times
  • Assist stylists and creative teams with on figure and laydown photo shoots as needed.

Key Skills & Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of experience required
  • Experience with production tracking or sample management systems (Creative Force, ShotFlow, LetsFlo, etc.) a plus
  • Must be able to lift, pack, and move product samples as needed
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for shoots or cross-studio coordination
  • Be a team player with a focus on collaboration
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented.
  • Time Management Skills- Efficient with ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Sense of urgency to complete projects/ tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and problem solve- self-motivated.
  • Demonstrate self- confidence, energy and enthusiasm.

Pay Range
USD $24.00 - USD $30.00 /Hr.
