Position Overview

The Field Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving local awareness and lead generation through community outreach, grassroots marketing, partnerships, events, and strategic promotions.

Lead Generation & Membership Growth
  • Generate qualified leads through grassroots marketing efforts
  • Support membership promotions and studio campaigns
  • Assist with lead follow-up and nurturing in collaboration with studio leadership
Events & Brand Activation
  • Organize and execute:
    • Pop-up yoga events
    • Community classes
    • Wellness collaborations
    • Member appreciation events
    • Grand openings and promotional activations
  • Ensure all events reflect the YogaSix brand experience
Social Media & Content Support
  • Capture photo/video content for social platforms
  • Collaborate with studio management on local marketing campaigns
