Job Description

The Senior Product Manager, AI Product Enablement is responsible for building and scaling AI starter kits and reusable work accelerators that transform how teams think about and execute the PDLC in an AI-native environment.

This role combines deep product ownership with frontline BU engagement, acting as a primary point of contact for multiple business units throughout their AI enablement journeys. Senior Product Managers ensure accelerators solve real business problems, are reusable at scale, and are successfully adopted through hands-on partnership and guidance.

Senior PMs own multiple concurrent BU enablement engagements (typically 2–4) and act as the connective tissue between internal product teams and business stakeholders.

What You Will Own

  • Own the product roadmap and backlog for assigned AI accelerators and starter kits, prioritizing reusable solutions that scale across business units.
  • Drive prioritization, sequencing, and tradeoff decisions based on customer value and enterprise impact.
  • Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide delivery teams.
  • Own and manage multiple BU enablement engagements, acting as the primary product lead for each.
  • Lead structured discovery across business units to identify systemic workflow friction and translate insights into scalable AI-enabled solutions.
  • Partner with engineering and Product Design to ship reusable AI capabilities and frameworks.
  • Design and evolve reusable enablement approaches, templates, and starter kits that reduce dependency on white-glove support.
  • Drive measurable shifts in how product teams plan, prioritize, and deliver work in AI-enabled environments.
  • Support BU teams through hands-on enablement, guidance, and adoption of self-service tools.
  • Define success metrics and track adoption, usage, and product health.
  • Contribute to enablement of standards, playbooks, and documentation.
  • Establish and uphold standards for responsible AI, governance, and centralized knowledge practices across engagements.
  • Communicate progress, outcomes, and tradeoffs to stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience delivering platforms, internal tools, accelerators, or shared services.
  • Comfort operating in hybrid product + consulting environments.
  • Strong discovery, prioritization, and roadmap leadership skills across multiple concurrent engagements.
  • Demonstrated experience applying AI assistants or automation tools to materially improve team workflows and decision-making.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered products, automation, or intelligent workflows.
  • Ability to work effectively with design, engineering, data, and business partners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience owning multiple concurrent BU or stakeholder engagements in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Hands‑on experience building or scaling internal platforms, developer tools, or product accelerators.
  • Familiarity with AI agent frameworks, workflow automation, or LLM based products.
  • Demonstrated use of AI assistants (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to improve product management productivity.
  • Comfort operating in increasingly AI-native product environments, with the ability to support teams evolving toward agent-enabled or full-stack product capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of responsible AI practices, governance, and enterprise quality standards.
  • Experience working with self-service enablement models that scale adoption across teams.

Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks. Learn more about the benefits offered by NBCUniversal by visiting the Benefits page of the Careers website. Salary range: $120,000 - $160,000 (bonus eligible)
