What is a philanthropy internship remote?

A remote philanthropy internship is a temporary, typically unpaid or modestly paid position that allows students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience working with nonprofit organizations or foundations, all from a remote location. Interns may assist with fundraising, grant writing, outreach, research, and program development. This type of internship is ideal for those passionate about social impact and looking to build skills in the nonprofit sector while working flexibly from home. Remote internships often involve virtual collaboration and communication with teams through digital platforms.
