Job description

A local non-profit healthcare organization is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Bilingual Pharmacy Customer Service Representative to join a busy healthcare pharmacy team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients, working in a fast-paced environment, and providing excellent service in both English and Spanish.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet and assist patients at the pharmacy counter
  • Register and update patient demographics and insurance information
  • Process prescription refill requests and patient payments
  • Perform daily cash handling and register operations
  • Provide information on medication assistance programs
  • Offer Spanish/English interpretation support as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy waiting area
  • Assist with over-the-counter inventory and product rotation
  • Answer patient questions and help resolve concerns professionally

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience
  • Pharmacy Technician license a plus
  • Strong computer, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
