Job description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacist in Charge located in Grove, OK. The Pharmacist in Charge will be responsible for managing the pharmacy and overseeing all activities related to the safe and effective dispensing of medications. This includes ensuring compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, supervising pharmacy technicians, and providing excellent customer service to patients. The Pharmacist in Charge will also be responsible for ordering, receiving and maintaining appropriate inventory levels of medications and supplies.


Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of Oklahoma
  • Experience as a pharmacist in a retail or outpatient setting
  • Knowledge of state and federal Pharmacy laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, and provide guidance and leadership as needed
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited school of Pharmacy
