The Team

The Innovation & Delivery Transformation (I&DT) team is building the future of Deloitte's business through new AI-native platforms and products. The team is responsible for identifying, nurturing, scaling, and winning in new markets through new capabilities. Rather than relying on what the firm has historically done, I&DT looks ahead and invests in areas where growth is expected three, five, and ten years into the future.

The core focus of this role is the Converge for Life Sciences portfolio, Deloitte's AI-enabled platform portfolio for the modern life sciences enterprise.

Converge by Deloitte combines proprietary data assets, advanced analytics, and AI-driven decision intelligence to help pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical product organizations accelerate the pace of discovery, development, and commercialization, while improving compliance and operational visibility across the enterprise. Fast Forward is a flagship offering within this portfolio that supports commercial field operations for pharmaceutical organizations.

The I&DT team collaborates closely with Industries, Offering Portfolios, Growth, and Delivery Transformation to curate and scale the Converge for Life Sciences portfolio, drive Strategic Growth Offerings, and translate differentiated product capabilities into compelling client outcomes. The team also plays a central role in incubating next-generation technologies through Deloitte's Technology Offices and leading the firm's Tech Talent Transformation. Innovation & Delivery Transformation is part of Deloitte Consulting Services and brings an engineering-, product-, and platform-oriented mindset to everything it does. The team helps Deloitte achieve rapid innovation, expand how technology is built and commercialized, and support clients as they navigate disruption in an increasingly data- and AI-driven life sciences economy.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 10+ years of professional experience in SaaS or enterprise software sales, platform / managed-services sales, product selling, solution development, product commercialization, or related roles within enterprise software, CRM / commercial platforms, analytics platforms, or management consulting, with at least 5 years focused on life sciences (pharma, biotech, or medical products) either as a seller to life sciences companies or as an employee of a life sciences company.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience pricing, selling, and contracting subscription or recurring-revenue technology offerings, including multi-year agreements, renewals, and expansions.
  • Demonstrated network of senior relationships across 10+ pharmaceutical or biotech companies that can be leveraged for origination and pipeline development.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively across both business and technical audiences, including senior executives, Partners, product leaders, commercial and sales-operations leaders, and engineers.
  • Experience creating 10+ executive-level and client-facing presentations and interactive demos utilizing the latest GenAI technologies.
  • Demonstrated interest in developing deep expertise in life sciences commercial technology platforms, AI-enabled solutions, and recurring-revenue business models.
  • Ability to travel 20-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in SaaS or managed-services sales with life sciences clients, with at least 3 years carrying an individual quota of $2M+ in new bookings / ARR.
  • Prior experience selling CRM, commercial, field-engagement, or sales-operations software (e.g., Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud / Health Cloud, Veeva CRM, or comparable) to pharma or biotech companies.
  • Prior experience working in a life sciences pharmaceutical or biotech company (e.g., in commercial, sales operations, marketing, or commercial-IT roles) with a network of 25+ senior relationships.
  • Demonstrated commercial experience with technology products or platforms, including product marketing, go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, pricing and packaging, or commercialization of analytics, data, or AI-driven products.
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems and platforms commonly used in life sciences commercial operations, such as Salesforce, Veeva, and associated CRM and commercial data standards.
  • Demonstrated track record of client leadership, selling, and deal shaping in regulated life sciences environments, including navigation of procurement, legal, InfoSec, and privacy reviews.
  • Bachelors degree preferred
