Job Summary
who will oversee multiple campaigns in the pharmaceutical space across different therapeutic areas, driving both strategic alignment and execution. This role serves as the project-level lead, partnering closely with the client to ensure projects are strategically planned, executed, and aligned to client brand objectives, all while being delivered on time.
You will act as the primary day-to-day contact, confidently guiding discussions, translating brand goals into actionable plans, and maintaining clear alignment across stakeholders. You will assist in Medical Legal Regulator review submissions and work with the Director and internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely approvals. Working cross-functionally with pharmaceutical clients, agencies, and internal teams, you will proactively manage timelines, anticipate risks, and ensure campaigns progress smoothly and efficiently from kickoff through launch.
Duties & Responsibilities
Client Partnership
  • Lead ongoing client relationships at the campaign level, providing proactive communication, clear timelines, and solutions-oriented problem solving with support from your Director
  • Guide client calls, ensure alignment on scope and timelines, and provide written recaps that reinforce accountability and forward progress
  • Translate complex, multi-phase campaign architectures into clear client-facing timelines and milestone trackers - clients should always know where they are, what's next, and who owns it
  • Display understanding and ownership of the MLR submission and approvals process, acting as the day-to-day expert for your campaigns
  • Ensure all client-facing requirements and approvals are tracked and progressing toward launch - initiate status meetings and follow-ups proactively
  • Manage change control processes when scope shifts mid-campaign - document the impact, re-align internal teams, and confirm with the client before anything changes

Project Management:
  • Maintain and update campaign project plans in Asana across all active accounts, ensuring tasks, owners, and timelines reflect real-time status throughout the full campaign lifecycle
  • Proactively identify and surface blockers, risks, and scope creep across simultaneous active accounts, communicating timeline impact and recommending mitigation plans to your Director
  • Manage all projects on time and budget
  • Ensure constant, clear communication with internal teams to relay client status updates and relevant aspects of campaign launches
  • Draft client-facing materials including kick-off decks, status documents, etc., working with the Coordinator and Director to get all materials ready for client
  • Own visibility across multiple concurrent campaign workstreams, mapping dependencies, critical path, and cross-functional handoffs across Product, Content, Operations, and Client teams
  • Ensure constant, clear communication with internal teams to relay client status updates and relevant aspects of campaign launches
  • Work with the Director and Sales lead to track client KPIs and end of campaign metrics

Internal Account Management:
  • Drive structured launch readiness reviews ensuring each parallel phase - build, review, MLR, QA, deployment - has clear owners and deadlines before kickoff
  • Facilitate recurring cross-functional standups and check-ins to keep parallel workstreams moving and dependencies unblocked
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with Director and Sales lead on renewals, upsells, and incremental service

Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in pharmaceutical life sciences, health tech, or a SaaS/platform environment serving pharma clients across an increasing size/complexity of clients
  • Demonstrated experience managing simultaneous multi-phase projects with parallel workstreams across cross-functional teams - with end-to-end ownership of the master project plan
  • History of independently managing complex campaigns across multiple pharma stakeholders, with accountability for on-time, on-spec delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to translate client goals into actionable campaign plans with clear phasing, milestones, and ownership
  • Strong command of project management tools (Asana or equivalent) - not just logging tasks, but owning a live project plan across a high-volume book of business at all times
  • Experience operating in or alongside a SaaS or technology product environment where campaigns intersect with platform build cycles, QA gates, and technical dependencies
  • Extreme attention to detail with the ability to manage high task volume across accounts simultaneously without dropping threads
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment as an organized, autonomous operator - this role does not wait to be told what needs to happen next
  • Travel up to 1-2x per quarter

Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $95,000-$110,000
Where you land within the range will reflect your skills, experience, and location, while keeping team parity in mind and leaving room for future growth.
