Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations within a pharmaceutical production facility. This role will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing critical production equipment used in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing, ensuring maximum equipment reliability, efficiency, and GMP compliance.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on maintenance experience in a regulated manufacturing environment and a strong background supporting pharmaceutical processing and packaging equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system issues.
  • Support equipment reliability initiatives to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain and document maintenance activities in accordance with GMP requirements and company procedures.
  • Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Validation teams to resolve equipment-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in root cause investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring equipment failures.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of maintenance experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing equipment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills involving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Working knowledge of GMP-regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and maintenance documentation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
