Job description


Scope Needed:
Deliver PMO and Project Management support to facilitate the execution of POVE Commercial Analytics, Data and Commercial Ops initiatives. This includes robust project planning, governance, and reporting to ensure cross-functional teams are coordinated and progress is managed effectively. Responsibilities include:
  • Integrated project planning (milestones, dependencies, critical path)
  • RAIDD management with clear ownership and mitigation tracking
  • Executive-ready weekly status reporting (RAG, risks/issues, decisions)
  • Cross-team dependency management and proactive escalation
  • Governance cadence and leadership forum support

Key areas of interest include:
  • Readiness assessment and prioritization: Pressure-testing readiness and helping define MVP vs. post-launch priorities in the areas of:
    • Insights & analytics enablement: Supporting early-stage decision-making through proxy signals
    • Commercial operations readiness: Ensuring foundational capabilities are in place across customer data, CRM, sampling, territory alignment, and reporting

Experience in Program Management/Project Management within Commercial Biotech/Pharma is needed. **PLEASE have this showcased on your resume.
PMP required.
Role will begin mid July and go for 6 months with a chance to extend.
This will be a W2 position. Remote is an option. (East Coast working hours)
Pay Range
$82-$87/HR
