About the Role

We are looking for a delivery-focused Senior Manager - AI & Data Delivery, Life Sciences to own the end-to-end delivery of AI and data solutions for pharmaceutical clients. You'll work closely with commercial business and technical stakeholders, Data and AI Architects, and Engineers, guiding solutions through the full development lifecycle, from planning through deployment.


This is a delivery ownership role built on strong project management, cross-functional coordination, and clear, consistent communication of timelines, quality, and stakeholder outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of AI and data solutions, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

  • Coordinate across data, engineering, and business teams to keep delivery on track.

  • Work with pharma commercial domains and its datasets and use SQL, Python, and BI tools (Tableau, ThoughtSpot) to review outputs and validate results.

  • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and clients.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to own delivery timelines.

  • Good stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

  • Proficiency in SQL and Python, with BI tools such as Tableau or ThoughtSpot.

  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial domains and its datasets.



  • Understanding data and AI development lifecycle (Data Modeling, pipeline development, prompt and context engineering, evaluation, validation) and a strong willingness to learn cloud/data platforms.

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field


Experience

  • 6-8+ years of experience in delivery management, project management, and data/BI roles.

  • Experience within pharma or life sciences and managing cross-functional or client-facing delivery.


Eligibility

  • Open to candidates based in, or willing to work from, the Raleigh, NC area (hybrid).

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.


Pay Transparency Laws

Salary range or hourly pay range for the position


The salary range for this position is $119,500 to $163,875 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.


The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Berkeley Heights, New Jersey. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
