Role Summary
The Senior Manager, Insights is a hands-on strategic operator who translates complex scientific, behavioral, and market inputs into clear insights and client-ready action plans. This role requires strong strategic judgment and direct ownership of execution
Key Responsibilities
  • Independently develop insights from qualitative and quantitative inputs
  • Translate complex science and market dynamics into clear POVs and recommendations
  • Operate confidently across therapeutic areas and drug modalities
  • Own end-to-end work product, timelines, and follow-ups from strategy through client delivery
  • Build and refine client-ready decks and materials directly
  • Incorporate feedback in real time and iterate quickly
  • Maintain high standards of quality, clarity, and polish across outputs
  • Partner effectively with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders
  • Translate between client objectives, scientific context, and executional requirements

What We Are Looking For
  • 6-10 years relevant experience in pharma
  • Background in strategy, insights, medical communications, consulting, or agency
  • Experience with pharmaceutical external communications including HCPs, patients, or advocacy
  • Strong scientific literacy including disease states, MOA, and clinical data
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize information into clear presentations
  • Proven record of owning execution not just strategy
