The Opportunity
As a Pricing, Promotions, and Revenue Management Consulting Manager - Pharma/Market Access, you will specialize in providing consulting services focused on pricing strategies and profitability analysis. You will analyze pricing models, assess customer profitability, and offer guidance to help clients optimize pricing strategies, improve profitability, and maximize customer value. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. With your growing business acumen, you play a vital role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm, leading with integrity and authenticity.
In this role within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will partner with team leadership to confirm collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables. Embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same. This position offers the chance to develop skills outside your comfort zone and effectively mentor others, all while addressing conflicts or issues and engaging in meaningful conversations with clients and stakeholders.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
